There are multiple ways to receive assistance from Copper.
First, our Help Center has a library of the most frequently asked questions and their answers.
Second, within the app, we have a 24/7 chatbot, through the Support option in 'More.' ⚙️, that successfully answers over 90% of the questions received about Copper and our products.
Use the menus to navigate to the topic of your question. Complex questions that require an agent have the option to submit a ticket.
If our chatbot isn't able to answer your question, then you'll be connected with an agent through our ticketing system.

- M-F, 8:00am PST to 5:00pm PST.
The most secure way to contact our support agents is through your Copper app > More > Support, as you are already signed in, so you are transferred to an agent pre-verified.
