What if our card is lost, damaged, compromised, or stolen?

Let's take care of this right away for your account's security. 


Your next steps:


The card owner (child/teen) can do one of two different actions in their Copper app.


1️⃣ If the card might only be misplaced, they can turn the card off in their app, until they find it again.


2️⃣ If the card is permanently lost or stolen, they can report that in their app, which then walks them through ordering a new debit card.


*️⃣ Cards are mailed through the USPS and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Before ordering, please verify in the parent account that we have the right address on record for you to receive mail.
