We're only able to accept mailing addresses that receive USPS delivery. Also, please note that we are not able to accept PO boxes at this time.

Banks and other financial institutions are required by federal law to properly identify customers prior to opening a bank account. This is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
The items required to meet these regulations include collecting a verifiable address. This should match the address of the adult account holder's driver's license.
