How do I update my date of birth on my account?

For the adult account owner

If this date of birth change is for the adult account holder, banking regulations require us to update the identity verification completed at the account activation.

As a result, before we update your account, we will need a copy of your updated state-issued ID (front and back) with your updated date of birth.

Please reach out to our Customer Support team by logging into your Copper app and sending us a message through the Support option in 'More' ⚙️, Support, and request assistance with "Change date of birth."

 

For authorized youth users

If you need to update your name to your date of birth, please reach out to our customer support team by logging into your Copper app and sending us a message through the Support option in 'More' ⚙️ requesting assistance with Change date of birth.

 

For secondary adults linked to the account 

Please reach out to our customer support team by logging into your Copper app and sending us a message through the Support option in 'More' ⚙️ requesting assistance with Change date of birth.
