We offer what's called "Two factor authentication" to remove the risk of a compromised password.
The first factor is a verified phone number via SMS. 📲
Once a bank account is opened, users are required to set a password. This second level of authentication is required when the app is launched, and any time a sensitive operation is performed, if the password has not been entered within the last 5 minutes.
Users can optionally use Face ID/Touch ID (or the Android equivalents) to enter the password.
Sensitive operations include moving money and editing personal information and security settings.
By protecting your account this way, someone other than you can't get in with your password alone. This extra layer of security protects your account from someone online trying to gain access.
