There are multiple ways to receive assistance from Copper.
First, our Help Center has a library of the most frequently asked questions and their answers.
Second, within the app, we have a 24/7 Virtual Assistant, through the Support option in'More.' ⚙️, that successfully answers over 80% of the questions received about Copper and our products.
Finally, we have support agents available through the chatbot, for those questions that require a bit more detailed attention. If our Virtual Assistant isn't able to answer your question, then you'll be connected with an agent through our ticketing system and an agent will email you back.
